Shipping Policy

COVID-19 DISCLAIMER: Please note that due to COVID-19, all carriers are experiencing very high volumes of packages and there is a possibility your shipment may be delayed.  Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about this until carrier operations return to normal.  Thank you for understanding

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days, however during our peak season (October-December) it could take an extra 1-2 days to ship.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Typical Standard Shipping delivery times are charted below.  For Express and Priority shipping, the delivery date will depend on which service type you selected.  Please note that our Priority and Express shipping methods do not deliver on the weekends.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Return Policy

We currently can't accept returns for orders placed for the wrong size or wrong quantity of an item. We can only provide the same item in the same size on orders that have a misprint problem or quality problem. Thank you for understanding.
